I went to Butler High School where I played golf and basketball then went on to Milligan College in TN on a golf scholarship. After college I moved back to Louisville and worked for Humana for a while until a friend of mine convinced me that I should use my personal skills to become a Realtor. Life long resident of Kentucky, born in Hodgenville and moved to Radcliff in 1961. I grew up in a Christian home, work on my dad's farm, work with my dad in building houses growing up. I work for a number of years running my families hardware store in Radcliff. I married Pat Arnett Pearman in 1970, we have to children and five grandchildren. I have been involved in the local community all my life. My work experience along with working with my dad includes my wife and me opening the first Snap Fitness in Kentucky that we sold and it is still in operation today. We also own a Christian Bookstore for over 10 years, I have a long history of the real estate business from being a builder, an agent to being a part owner in a real estate company.
